So here we are.  Prime time INSURRECTION hearing day!

In light of the clown show that will certainly occur this evening I thought I'd share this piece about Ray Epps and a few others and what they did on January 6th.  There is extensive video and picture evidence presented in the article showing what Epps and others did that day.  You may not agree with the conclusions of the author, but the video and pictures do not lie about their extensive involvement in what happened at the Capitol on J6.  And you won't hear a single thing about ANY of this if you choose to tune into the farce committee hearings tonight.

Keep in mind all of the characters from this piece remain uncharged for their involvement on J6.

First we have Epps.

As we explained in detail in our previous report, the FBI originally put Ray Epps’s face on its Capitol Violence “Most Wanted List” on January 8, 2021, just two days after 1/6. They offered a cash reward for information leading to his arrest. In fact, rank-and-file FBI agents initially deemed Epps’s role as an apparent riot organizer so important that they named him Suspect #16—one of the first 20 high-profile FBI targets in a database now packed with more than 500 suspects.

Then, six months later on June 30, 2021, both Revolver News and The New York Times published inconvenient stories that encouraged a more aggressive interrogation of the “Ray Epps third rail,” leading reasonable people to wonder why this publicly identified man on the Most Wanted List still had no charges filed against him.

The FBI responded to these important media stories the very next day. But their response was to quietly purge all online Ray Epps files from their website, then switch to a posture of “What? Who? Ray Epps? Never heard of him.”

The “Big Bang” moment that kicked off the riot was when a small “breach team” of just a few dozen people violently knocked over the first set of metal barricades between 12:50-12:53 p.m. They forced back the police, and therefore opened a clean walkway entrance to the crowd behind them.

We will hereafter refer to this location of barriers as the “Ray Epps breach site,” and the collection of individuals responsible for this critical initial breach as the “Ray Epps breach team.” Clips from that breach scene, with Ray Epps standing front and center giving out directions, are republished below for convenience.

A link to one of the many Ray Epps videos included in the article.

I'll leave Ray Epps at that.  There is much, much, much more about Ray Epps in the article.

Now for some interesting characters that most people in all likelihood have heard absolutely nothing about.  Yet there is clear video evidence of these characters facilitating the breach of the Capitol on J6. All remain uncharged. Why?  They certainly are more culpable than grandmas taking selfies and "parading" in the Capitol.

First we have Fence Cutter Guy..

In our October 10 Revolver report, we showed January 6 footage of one dark-complected man coolly and methodically cutting down and then rolling up “restricted area” fencing around the Capitol lawn. He had no Trump gear on, and made sure to wear dark sunglasses on a cloudy day. He was not angry. He was dispassionate, calm, and professional, like he was just there to do a job.

This man remains unindicted. In fact, the FBI does not even appear to even be looking for him. He is wholly absent from the FBI Capitol “Most Wanted List.” There is no reward for information leading to his arrest.

Seems like maybe the FBI might want to speak to the guy caught on video cutting down restricted area fencing around the Capitol on J6?  Nah, that's just conspiracy theory kookery!

Next we have Scaffold Commander

NWScaffoldCommander (we’ll call him just “ScaffoldCommander” for short) gets his name from being the ostensible “commander” of the prominent “media tower” that overlooked the Capitol’s back terrace on January 6. You’ve probably seen this tower in pictures—it’s the tall temporary structure built in November 2020 so that media crews could properly film the January 2021 inauguration ceremony.

From high atop the tower between 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m, ScaffoldCommander issued the iconic bellows and non-stop commands that are loud and clear on almost every video clip from January 6 filmed in that time interval. For nearly 90 minutes straight, he bombards the otherwise leaderless crowd below him with endless variations on a single instruction: “Don’t just stand there. Keep moving forward!”

But once the crowd had continuously “moved forward” for over an hour, and the very first handful of rioters entered the building, ScaffoldCommander suddenly threw the switch: “Okay we’re in! We’re in! Come on! We gotta fill up the Capitol! Come on! Come now! We need help We gotta fill up the Capitol! They got in.”

Interesting that these videos are not easy to locate on YouTube.  Hmmmm.

https://rumble.com/vpwybu-nwscaffoldcommander-we-gotta-fill-up-the-capitol.html

Seems like a guy that the FBI might be interested in speaking with, huh?  Crazy I know.

Then you have Black Ski Mask and Be Civil Guy.  Read about them in the article.

Why has not a single one of these men been charged with anything related to J6?

There are only two possible explanations in light of the hundreds of Americans who were charged with "parading" in the Capitol:

1.  The FBI is stupendously incompetent.

2.  These guys are FBI informants who encouraged and participated fully in the breach of the Capitol on J6.

But sure... INSURRECTION!

Is the argument here that the insurrection was actually organized and lead by the FBI? And that poor innocent people were tricked into storming the Capitol by the FBI?

The FBI does some shady crap with undercover informants, but it's hard for me to buy this line that an FBI informant would somehow excuse people for their actions.

Let's say the Bills finally win the Super Bowl and we all go to downtown Buffalo for the parade. And then there are a handful of people who yell "let's storm city hall!" and they go to break into city hall. Are you following them in? I certainly am not. And anyone who does should be investigated and prosecuted for the appropriate crimes. Saying "well, this guy said we should do it" probably isn't going to fly in court.

The idea is the crime would never have occurred without the FBI being involved in the initiation and planning of the scheme.

Its like you're in a bar and two undercover cops come up to you and start buying you drinks.  You've had enough and decide to leave but before that they offer you the title to a new Corvette and the keys.  All for free.  No strings attached.  You wonder how this could be but you take it.  You leave the bar driving off in the new Vette and a mile down the road you see red and blue flashing lights behind you.  You pull over and the same two cops give you a roadside sobriety test which you fail, take you to the station where you fail a breathalyzer test and book you for DUI.  Did you do it?  Yes you did.  But would it have happened with them?  Well there's the dispute.   That's how the FBI works. Manufacturing crimes and then solving them.  Like a window repair company breaking windows.

So the argument is that Ray Epps was an FBI informant and but for him, the insurrection wouldn't have happened?

Seems like a stretch...

If not for Ray Epps (who has yet to be confirmed as an FBI informant - this is all conjecture) you think there would not have been a crime committed on 1/6?

I'm not excusing anyone for what they did.  If they entered the Capitol they should face the consequences.  The question is why are these people who are on video breaking  down police barricades, cutting down fences and exhorting people for 90 minutes on a megaphone to first move forward and the go into the Capitol HAVEN"T been charged?  All those activities smell a bit insurrection-y don't they?

If there was ANY FBI involvement in actually taking part in this then yes, it's a big friggin deal.  If there are FBI informants simply milling among the crowd watching for stuff that's one thing.  To actually participate and encourage it is wholly different and completely takes down the entire "insurrection" narrative. See Michigan Whitmer "kidnapping" plot.

Everyone who went into the Capitol that day should be held accountable in proportion to their actual crime.  6 months or more with no priors on a misdemeanor doesn't seem appropriate to me.

Read the article and watch the videos and you tell me. Or better yet just watch the videos and come up with an explanation as to why none of these people have been charged?

Videos include:

Ray Epps on January 5th/6th telling people over and over that they must go IN to the Capitol.

Ray Epps on video being part of the very first group to breach the police barricade around the Capitol.  He is front and center.  This happens well before the Proud Boys show up.  Ray Epps is initially on the FBI most wanted list and then is removed when some media begin asking questions.

A dude methodically cutting down the restricted area fencing around the Capitol grounds ON VIDEO.  Not only has this guy not been charged but he doesn't appear on the most wanted list.  Please come up with a rational explanation for this.

Screen shots from J5 twitter reporting when the Hippies for Trump bus was surrounded in broad daylight in DC where they supposedly found guns and explosive devices.  Total blackout on reporting on this.  Are you kidding me? A bus filled with Trump supporters caught in DC the day before the rally with weapons and explosives and no one reports on it?  Black Ski mask guy was on this bus by the way and he is a participant on J6 events at the Capitol the next day.

There's much, much more.  The videos do not lie.

There is no rational explanation for Epps not having been in a jail cell all this time...other than he was working with/employed by someone to help incite people.

Is cutting a deal with the feds to provide information in lieu of being charged irrational?

What I think has no bearing on the event but a complete and transparent disclosure by the FBI of that agencies, and other Federal law enforcement and IC agencies, activities and involvement before and during that day along with a complete disclosure of the identities of their informants and assets describing their roles among the protesters would provide some clarity.

Why would the FBI disclose that prior to the conclusion of the investigation? It makes zero strategic sense.

Because the Committee investigation is being conducted under the authority of Congress, specifically the House of Representatives and by virtue of the separation of powers has no formal relationship to any FBI investigation or activity which resides in the Executive branch.  So this is not the FBI's investigation and they are legally free to act as they choose in regards to disclosure.

I also hesitate to think the committee would burn an FBI source without approval from the FBI.

I'm open to alternative explanations as to why Ray Epps and others haven't been charged for what everyone can see is clear involvement in "insurrectionist" activities.

If one wishes to rule them out as FBI informants, OK. Then let's hear your explanation as to why they have apparently been let off the FBI/DOJ hook scot free.

In my opinion that would be an example of a rational explanation. There is just as much evidence for that as for him being an FBI informant (aka zero public evidence).

His ass as usual.

Many J6 defendants have cut plea deals, I haven't heard of one who did so without facing serious charges in the first place.

Try again.
