eball Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Great actor. Looked terrible in recent years, wonder what did him in. 3 Quote
Greg S Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 RIP. Goodfellas an all time classic. One of my favorite movies. 3 Quote
Nextmanup Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Sounds like he was in a good place in life. He had a pretty new fiancé, she was traveling with him when he died, and he was working on a current project down in DR. 67 is young, but not that young. Heart failure? Could have been lots of things. No foul play suspected. Quote
njbuff Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Great actor, and according to most, a better person. RIP Mr. Liotta. You will be missed. Quote
teef Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 oh man. he looked "off" lately. maybe a bit swollen. wonder if he was sick. 1 Quote
RobbRiddick Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Poor Ray. For as far back as he could remember he always wanted to be an actor. Some say he was half Jewish, but it was just the good half. According to legend his family never received any mail for months. Finally his mother had to go and complain. He's up there now, high above, looking down on the helicopters for a change instead of them looking down at him. So long, Henry. Oh, and make sure you call 212-555-HAIR and say hi to Morrie. He was always good to you and you were always good to him, even when Jimmy was being an unconscionable ball breaker. 1 Quote

Heard an interview with him in the last 6 months or so. I think it was on Dan Patrick. It was one of those interviews that, when it was over, the whole room was asking “what just happened here?” To call it “off” would have been putting it mildly. Great actor, sad loss. Prayers to his loved ones. RIP 2 Quote
billsfan1959 Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Loved Ray Liotta as an actor. Thoughts and prayers to his family andfriends. Quote

Rico Posted May 27, 2022 Posted May 27, 2022 RIP Ray, what a great performance in a great movie. Also liked him as Shoeless Joe in Field of Dreams, and as a villain in Unlawful Entry. 1 1 Quote
davefan66 Posted May 27, 2022 Posted May 27, 2022 RIP. Great actor. To outshine Deniro in Goodfellas as he did showed how good he was. Very sad news. 1 Quote

Ive seen Mr Liotta in quite a few movies but this meme is what will be my fondest memory....such an iconic scene. "Be home in time to stir the gravy" priceless. RIP Ray. Great actor. 2 Quote
US Egg Posted May 27, 2022 Posted May 27, 2022 Didn’t know Mr. Liotta and I were that close in age. …..guess his portrayal in a timeless iconic movie blurs perception. Henry Hill will live on for far more than he would imagine due to Mr. Liotta’s characterization. Quote
