No one seriously had him as leading the candidacy for MVP. Only a dark horse if at all let alone leading. 

 

I also take issue with his "numbers". He missed 3.5 games sure, but he has 10 less total TDs than Allen (which you call an anemic offense), and 10 less total TDs than Hurtz and 13 less total tds than Mahomes.

How do we always seem to have to endure a QBs best game? We get zero meltdowns it seems. From Mahomes, Tua & Cousins. I can’t think of us forcing a good QB into a bad game. Hope that changes vs Burrow.
