FilthyBeast Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Lot of hype coming out of Miami these days....if Tua does in fact take off this year like JA17 did in year 3 the dolphins are going to be a big problem. Quote Quote 1 1 10 1 41 Quote

Sharky7337 Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Seems like over compensation to me. What else are they supposed to say though? Attacking the moment? That's neat. 3 1 Quote

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 This is the time of year when the team controls all the media. I have my doubts. Quote

JoPoy88 Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Im sure his teammates and coaches are being completely candid and honest. All I can go on is what I’ve seen myself - he hasn’t impressed. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Tua has always thrown a pretty ball. Does he throw a fast enough or accurate enough ball that are the questions. 4 Quote

He definitely was elite in Alabama playing on a powerhouse program and was still a top 5 pick regardless. Whether or not he truly takes the next step in the NFL remains to be seen but I think he's been a lot better than people have given him credit for these last few years and all young QB's take time to develop as we are all aware with JA17's trajectory thus far. 1 1 2 1 Quote

No but according to Hill he throws a "pretty ball" - and that's all that matters! 2 minutes ago, FilthyBeast said: A lot of experts insist Tua would have been the #1 overall pick in 2020 if not for the injury he suffered in college. AJ McCarron was "elite" on a couple of those Bama super teams. What Tua did at Alabama no longer matters. 2 2 2 Quote

I don’t care what he did in college on a stacked team. 2 1 2 Quote
Rigotz Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 “Tua ACTUALLY has one of the prettiest balls I’ve ever caught.” Players will never throw their QB under the bus, but that “ACTUALLY” tells you Hill knows exactly what’s up. 1 2 Quote
Max Fischer Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Tyreek wants us to believe that Tua throws as well, if not better, than Mahomes. 1 Quote
