What time do gates open to get in if it’s a 7:15 start? That will factor in to my tailgating time

Good question. Gates usually open 11:30am  for a 1PM game.

However, i could see them opening at 5:15 for  for the 7:15 start. Big reason they do not open earlier on Sunday games is they cannot by NYS law sell beer before 12 on Sunday. Grocery stores etc can, but bars/ restaurants cannot. They tried to get an exemption, but was a nogo.

I would bet my left testicle they get that exception for the new stadium

Let Teflon T*m know about it - he loves soft balls.

If anyone has a spare ticket to sell in a group let me know.

I have not been to a game since 2009 and tailgate since 2010 but I had been at every TBD tailgate since start and have Cindy's shirts to prove it.

This is pretty generic, but it aligns with what you're thinking ... https://www.buffalobills.com/stadium/gate-entry-and-permitted-items

GATE ENTRY

Walk-through metal detection screening process is now in place at the stadium.

Gates will open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Myself and the VT boys will be there - coming in Friday or Sat. 🙌

It’ll be interesting have a full Sunday slate (which we’ll watch..?) and then a loooong tailgate on Monday!

Is that the state or are you Hokies?

@Heitzaint smart enough to be a Hokie, he a drunk from Vermont

Could not he be a drunk Hokie living in Vermont?

[ I have had candidates for jobs from VT not be able to spell commands they needed to be able to run to do their job. ]

To clarify what the heck is the “A” in this acronym.  It’s been a burning question for years

Cindy Fox, who is now deceased, used to design T-Shirts for each game.

Stick to the pony’s. Did you ever stop to think of how lonely your right testicle would be?  That would be cruel!

@Guffalo did it the first year when someone else that said they would do it, dropped out.  Cindy picked up the next few years.  @JÂy RÛßeÒ has been doing it for a while now, I forgot when he started though.

This is accurate, minus the Hokie reference.  The furthest south I go on the East Coast is like New Jersey 🤣

BTW, anyone have any non-Virgina Tech, VT beer requests? 🤔   We'll have a nice selection regardless...

So you're doing a drive-by?

I plan to hang out, just won't be able to get there before the spots fill up.

Are you going?  I thought you couldn't make it until the Pittsburgh game

I wish I could be there, but you are correct ... I won't make it until the Steelers come to town.

How far away are you? As I look thru this thread and others, I am impressed by how few people posting actually live in WNY.

BEST FANS EVER!

It's about a five-hour drive for me.
