Likely they use the Playoff Caliber until the team actually secures a playoff berth any given year then they have a team ceremony where they swap them out with that years Championship Caliber placards.  

 

Makes no sense at this point in the game...I get you gotta make the playoffs first but this team should be focused on that championship mentality from jump street.

I still wonder if 'little dirty' even makes the team now since a certain player we just drafted can at minimum likely do everything McKenzie can.

I would be surprised if little dirty got beat out by a rookie.   It is my understanding that he is loved by his teammates and I recall seeing a recent camp drill where he beat everybody's time.  

  Anything can happen however,  I would be stunned if he didn't make the roster.
