Way too early 2022 Bills roster

I just made this chart with actual Bills roster and would like to know what do you guys think. We have 75 players currently on the roster. Blue guys are draft picks, green are new FA acquisitions from offseason, red are UDFA signings. Players above the grey line made it to my initial 53 man roster, players below that line are potential PS players/cuts. The idea is just to see where we potentially stand. There are 25 offensive players, 25 defensive players and 3 special teamers.

 

EDIT: Made a couple of changes after some discussions below. Put Stevenson in and moved Duke Johnson out (we are not keeping all RBs and we just drafted Cook). Also put Cam Lewis in and rookie Christian Benford out. At this stage, its Cam Lewis' job to lose. It is also likely that Tre doesn't start season on 53 so Bernard might get in this way. Also switched Dane Jackson and Siran Neal, Jackson was a starter last year and deserves to be higher.

Nice job, I think Stevenson over Kumerow and Lewis over Benford but those will depend on training camp.

I really think we NEED Stevenson to win that last WR job. I think we need more deep speed.

 

But othwise, I think that depth chart is right on.

Yeah, Pretty sure Mancz is going to make the roster and Ike will start out on the PUP List….

Thanks. Stevenson is obviously an option, but his rookie year was nothing to write home about. They kept Kumerow mainly for his ST ability and it might get him roster spot again.

 

Lewis vs Benford is an interesting one, I was thinking about it a little. You are probably right that now it is Lewis' spot to lose.

Yeah Boettger is definitely a question but right now I think its his job to lose. I am not sure about him - is is questionable if he is ready for the season?

 

I read about Shakir that he is a return man and I think he is a lock even without it.

 

Jones is obviously ST only so we need to wait and see if somebody takes his role. RBs are interesting overall. Devin and Cook are locks. Do we keep Johnson after we just dradfted Cook? Do we keep Moss? One thing I am sure that we will not keep all 5 (counting Jones). So there is actually an open spot somewhere else. I just don't know where so I keep it as it is now

Don't write off Hodgins, I think he takes a step this year.  Also Dane over Siran, right?  He might even start the season over Kaiir (probably not though).

I think Duke is gone as soon as Cook was drafted.  Cook is our McKissic

Can you explain what this means? I don't get what you are saying - maybe because English is not my mother tongue and maybe the problem is on your side (no sacrasm). I see everything nicely.

I do not think Bills will want to take a chance on losing Cam Lewis after him getting his feet wet.

Definitely too early, and can’t rule out some of this rookie class being “injured” and hitting full time or short term IR. Mcdermott has been here long enough we know vets vs rookies and how playing time is distributed and the emphasis on special teams. 
And some of these guys have enough upside they might not be safe on the PS. These are the best problems to have.
