With the ability to flip the field anytime during the season is huge if you can do it consistently. It also helps in situations where penalties set you back, but the punter bails you out. This draft is checking all the boxes.

It’s a practice time constraint as QBs are focused on game plan and backup takes reps too.  And per current NFLPA contract very limited practice time.  
 

I doubt Case Keenan or Barkley eve held too so same learning curve.   Will make sense to train the punter then.

that would be my preference, but they aren’t going to take him out of the QB room or waste a gameday spot on a holder. I am pretty sure it has to be Azaria. And if he can’t do it, Haack wins the punting job.
