3 step punters get kicks blocked. That's reality. IDGAF about everyone's man crush on this punter.  It could be ANY punter. 3 steps is bad.  I said the same thing about Haack last year in the PS re: punts getting out slowly, got shouted down and he cost us the game week 1.

It wasn't blocked right either. Guy came in unblocked up the middle.

Beane trying to let Haack think he has a chance to stay on team.

Beane isn't wrong though. If he can't hold better than Bojo he may have a tough time sticking, IMO

It would make sense to train in holding with Haack, at least alongside Ferguson and Bass.

Keenum Holds. Haack is Gone. The MINUTE a draft pick was used on a Punter. Ability to hold or not

Not last season.

Special talent for a specialist and viewed as top-100 pick by some NFL teams. Multiple 80-plus yards punts during 2021 season and also kicks field goals (converted 53-yarder in '21). Didn't have a single punt or kick blocked. Can kick off as well. Ran in the 4.7s at the combine and is an additional player on the coverage team because of his speed and athleticism.

Keenum needs to work with the offense in practice. They need a dedicated holder, from the ST squad, IMO.

Don't shout him down!

I'M NOT!

And I'm totally serious.  I said this after Haack had his punt blocked in the season opener.  The thing is, Araiza has the leg to overcome a deeper drop and I'm sure Ferguson can still get the ball to him.

4.7s? Some DL can run that fast.  DT Logan Hall Bradys signed is that fast.

Josh ran in the 4.7s at the Combine.
