Man the Cowboys have had another nice draft. Will McClay really deserves to run his own team without having the Jones clan in the way. They are paying him fortunes to keep him as the VP of Personnel, but if he decided he wanted to strike out on his own as a GM he would be the #1 candidate for every team with a vacancy.
