UKBillFan Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 This might be harder to follow than days one and two but might as well have somewhere to discuss it! It feels like the Bills will not do the predictable and we do have a handful of picks in the sixth which we may try to trade up with. Quote

At first I thought that's why Beane was collecting extra picks, to trade up. But regardless of value, does any team really want to trade a 4th for a bunch of 6th round picks? 1 1 Quote

TheyCallMeAndy Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 I definitely think we bundle some 6th and jump back into R4 Quote

Problem is, do 6th round pick get you into the 4th? Probably need to add the 5th. I guess it depends on the guy they want. 1 Quote
Low Positive Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 I wouldn't be against packaging up the whole rest of the draft for one 4th rounder and calling it a day. Late round picks won't make this roster. We can get a punter in UDFA. 1 Quote

Carolina might be one to look at since they don't have much in this draft. Quote
davefan66 Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 Didn't think they could do worse than Chris Angel. I think they did.... 1 Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 Blue man group. Just like Chris Angel, no one cares at all. No crowd reaction Quote

I’ve thought about that too, but it seems to be off the table…once you start doing that, you’ll end up with only a handful of picks next year, and you might really need them. Quote
GunnerBill Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 What in the name of all that is worthy was that? Quote
ROCBillsBeliever Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 (edited) 5th and an early 6th to move into the 4th. Two sixes to move into the 5th. 7th round long snapper 🤷 Edited April 30, 2022 by ROCBillsBeliever Autocorrect changed "sixes" to "sizes". Quote

They'd have to trade their 5th and the first in the 6th they got from Tampa to get up into the late 4th. Then if they wanted to get back into the 5th the other two 6th would do that. That would mean one 4th, one 5th and one 7th. Unless they give up next year picks that is the best they can do in terms of early picks today. 2 minutes ago, ROCBillsBeliever said: 5th and an early 6th to move into the 4th. davefan66 Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 I really, really hate when they show the fans in the pits. So annoying watching these people cheer for someone they have no clue about. 1 Quote
UKBillFan Posted April 30, 2022 Author Posted April 30, 2022 Interesting that Peter Schrager is saying the RB is deep with a lot of options on the board still. Wonder if we should have gone for a LB in the second, a WR in the third and left the RB until now on those grounds? But perhaps we didn't expect the WRs to go off the board at such a rate. Or perhaps we were never in for a WR. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 The Ravens have SIX 4ths.... I wonder if they'd take a 5th this year and a 5th next year for one of the late 4ths.... maybe #139? 1 Quote
