Towards the end, where it becomes obvious that Hans (the terrorist) is collecting his haul from the safe, the Bonnie bedelia character says "so after all the posturing about justice, this was only about the money" 🙂 There is no such thing Doesn't change the fact that the Ravens didnt do him any favors by shipping off one of his main targets. I am not a LJ fan either but this makes little sense to me (less than the AJ Brown trade which was a $$ move) He doesn't? Yup! Lots of posters here bit on it... Quote

It doesn’t matter what any of us think about Lamar. Trading away your QBs favorite receiver isn’t what a team that likes their QB does. Quote

I would point at Green Bay but then the relationship between La Fleur and Rodgers has appeared, at the very least, strained for a long time. 1 Quote

Lamar Jackson's situation is unique, since he's his own agent so I can only imagine how awkward it is trying to get a discount on a player right to his face. Quote

sullim4 Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 I'd trade him if I were the Ravens. His value is extremely high right now and it's clear the team doesn't want to give him Mahomes/Allen money, which is what I think he is gunning for. A team like Seattle would pay for him and sign him to a long term deal. This is why you have an agent - he can shop you around to teams that would give you a big payday and ensure your contract has the right set of protections on your behalf. Penny wise, pound foolish on his part. 1 Quote

Rock-A-Bye Beasley Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 They had a great first round and have six picks between 41-140ish. Theyll probably get a better WR than brown in rd 2 1 Quote

For instance:https://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2022/03/18/aaron-rodgers-catching-heat-davante-adams-trade-packers-raiders Also: Ian Rapoport @RapSheet · Mar 17 While Aaron Rodgers was negotating his contract, he knew Davante Adams would never play for the #Packers again. The situation was too far gone. Something had to give. And when Adams informed GB he wasn’t playing on the tag, talks got fired up.
