The Patriots traded away their best OL for nothing. They replaced him with a soon to be 24 year old 3rd round talent in the 1st round. That might be the worst pick I've seen in the last decade.

How do you know this?  You, and anyone else outside of Dallas, have zero idea if they would have taken Elam.

Cole Strange was #87 on my big board. Mid 3rd round grade.

 

That said, I did get the Pats position match right. I have mocked them a guard all offseason. I guarantee if Green or Johnson was still on the board they don't trade out of #21.
