What I don’t understand is if he distributed it in May 2020 why is she only suing now? Has she only just found out? Not good by him at all if true.

It's a d*** move, but just sounds like a bad response to a breakup. I know some states have laws regarding stuff like that, but many have none whatsoever. 

 

And no, I'm not of the mindset of "shouldn't have taken the pics if you didn't want them getting out!" as that's just some lame excuse to deflect blame. But at the same time, I doubt 2 celebrities seeing some picture(s) will result in much damage requiring a monetary payout or subsequent action from the NFL.

Agreed. As I said earlier, it's not a big deal so I'm not expecting action by the league or the club.

 

When I say it's "disturbing and disappointing" I mean that it's not just a big ha ha and an opportunity to make bad jokes and laugh it off.

 

The exact reason we all love Josh Allen is because at 25 years old, he would never do anything like Von Miller did at the age of 33.

 

I thought Von Miller was a mature person of high character... thus my disappointment.

The case states she is seeking monetary damages and a court order against him sending the alleged pics again.  That's it. 

Note: This happened in May 2020 yet suddenly she's upset about it 🤑🤑🤑

I’ve only been to Buffalo twice, so I can’t speak on the hotness scale of the ladies there, but I often hear how unattractive they are. Why is this, do you think? If we take a large sample size like UB, what percentage of those young women do you think would be considered “hot”?
