he did it, it IS illegal and now he will pay the price - likely money and not jail time. Anyone thinking it is no big deal should learn some empathy for the victim. It is now out there for ever because he was being a dick...  for some childish reason. Maybe he can buy some class with his windfall, or grow the heck up

Vonn has been a partier and doing this stuff since his rookie season. This isn't the first time he's been in the news for this stuff.. A lot of NFL players do this stuff but the superstars are caught.

If true, regardless of any criminal action, he will be punished for this under the league personal conduct policy. This would be a clear violation of the “harassment” provision.

I don’t know what the comps for suspensions would be, but I am thinking it is in the 3-6 game range (6 seems to be for physical domestic violence).

Let's hope he doesn't throw a massive party and make the rookies foot the bill even after he's got the big fat contract.  Von needs to also take some lessons from Diggs on how to treat the ladies.

Isn’t she one of the Brent Musberger girls from FSU?

I believe she's the one that Brett Farve was banging while his wife was battling cancer.

Revenge porn is becoming a crime in many states, as it should.

True, though I'm not sure this is exactly that. Still a bad decision by him though.

Winner. Laws should only exist if it's non-consensual like the person is sleeping or under the influence or spied on etc. If you knowingly take such photos, expect the world to see them

Yeah, you should expect it may happen. But in the world of media, consent to distribute one's image requires a signed legal consent form that spells out the terms of the agreement. Without a signed agreement, expect to be sued. And, if the distribution is intended to harass and damage the person's reputation, expect criminal charges.

Yeah….. My dick ended up in a video on pornhub after an ex ended up trading her old phone for drugs years later…. This isn’t even a blip on my radar. If you consent to pics expect them to end up being seen by others. Fact of life in this digital age.

Pics or it didn't happen!

A bunch of victim-shaming, toxic masculinity, and people demonstrating their ignorance of the law.

Shocking.

So far from this story to me it seems like Von Miller was being a prick about the ending of this relationship, not sure it really goes that far into criminality/need for restitution.

At the same time while yes when you take pictures of this nature and give them to somebody else you should be prepared for them to get out, it doesn't make someone sharing them any less not okay.

TMZ is just all over us lately!  This one isn't for the right reasons, though.

TMZ

@TMZ

Von Miller is being sued by a woman in L.A. who claims the NFL star, consumed by jealousy, sent sexually explicit photos to "two celebrities" and allegedly asked, "this the B word you want?"

Full Story

"Von Miller is being sued by a woman in Los Angeles who claims the NFL star, consumed by rage and jealousy, distributed a sexually explicit photo of her to "two well-known celebrities" in May 2020, TMZ Sports has learned."

Doesn't sound like much will come of it.  Seems like a really bad breakup.  Not a great look, though.

May 2020 so when he was still in Denver not even with the Rams…amazing after 2 years this only comes to light now. Nothing will come of it anyway.
