The houses look kinda run down. Doesn't look viable for commercial. Who'd want to come down there to see a show. Looks sketchy. Then complaints of the neighbors, etc... Something has to give! 1 Quote

Sad that the place has gone to ruin. It just went the way of the Fillmores E&W, Winterland, Whiskey a go-go, etc. Really, the place just needs to be taken down, it serves no purpose anymore. Quote
