My preference is a wing that has some heat, with use of a combination of celery, carrots, and beer to cool it down. I don't like the super hot stuff but "medium" usually doesn't cut it for me either, at least outside of WNY. Quote
Success Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 A boneless wing simply isn't a wing. It's a chicken finger. I don't even like ranch with carrots. I'd rather have a plate of steamed broccoli than boneless wings w/ ranch. 1 Quote
Andrew Son Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 Nothing like a formed chicken product. Do you like them shaped like a dinosaur or letters? 1 Quote

benderbender Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 You only “need” a condiment if your wings are either too hot or too spicy. If you’re the cook, it shouldn’t be an issue. If not, you should hire a Ken Dorsey-like wing coordinator to facilitate a workable game plan. But it’s always been my personal belief that above a reasonable level of hot, you’re no longer concerned about taste, you’re really low key into…other things. 1 Quote

But to make matters worse, chickens don't even have fingers, so what are you really getting? Another thing, when given the chance to eat meat off the bone or not, always go for the bone, always. 1 Quote

If they're made right they're good on their own. 100% agreed. I like the blue cheese for the carrot sticks. Always disappointed when wings are served with celery instead of carrots or ranch instead of blue cheese. Any combo except carrot and blue cheese will end up in the same place as the bones - in the garbage. Quote
