The Bills should design their own Henley Blazer. 

It is tradition when racing at Henley, all spectators and participants wear a blazer when on land. Teams, colleges, etc. take it pretty seriously. A lot of the designs are 100+ years old and specific to each team. Some are modest some are super wild.
