Simstim Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I'm surprised, even if there were signs leading up to it. What a crazy off season. Quote
stuvian Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I was never impressed with Arians but was always impressed with Bowles. Arians had vet QBs all through his HC career so he is no better than say Jon Gruden or Barry Switzer. This feels like a league engineered diversity hire but sometimes good things happen to good people for less than noble reasons Quote
bmur66 Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I can see the Coach right now sitting in his lanai with a glass of good bourbon admiring his ring. Well done. Quote

Gronk has made no decisions? Who knows....if AB comes back you might as well have hard knocks film crew prepare for Tampa. Quote
Logic Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I’d bet anything that Brady only agreed to come back when he was given assurances Arians would not be returning as head coach. 2 5 Quote
ALLEN1QB Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 He knows Brady is toast this year and wants no part of it. Smart man. 1 1 1 Quote

Riverboat Ritchie Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 Brady to SF or Miami in the works. Quote

Florida Bills Fanatic Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 Contrary to the belief of some, Bowles is a very good coach. The JESTS were/are a dumpster fire of a front office and did little to provide a competitive roster for Bowles and his staff. He was fired but the problem in New York was not related to coaching. Bowles transformed the TB defense to be one of the best units in the league (even with a bunch of injuries in 2021). Players like him and they will play hard for him. Tampa should easily win their division this year. Quote
MJS Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 Has to be health related, right? Arians looked like he could barely handle it last year. His health is not good at all. 1 1 Quote
JimmyNoodles Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I’m in on all conspiracy theories for this one. Really odd timing. Quote

As long as the QB is who it is, of course, I hope they fail spectacularly. Quote
Big Blitz Posted March 31, 2022 Author Posted March 31, 2022 Hot take. Arians knows they're trading Brady and wants nothing to do with coaching Jimmy G or Tua. Should be done by the draft. Quote
