vanhalen26 Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 (edited) And PSL seat fees will probably pay the owner share. Hopefully they kick in. This asset (owning the team) is appreciating by billions for them. Edited March 28, 2022 by vanhalen26 2 2

H2o Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 Josh Allen is Buffalo's true savior. Without Allen and a winning franchise it makes this deal a lot less likely imo. 7 12 1

qwksilver Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 (edited) This is good news! Without the dome, hopefully they design it, to somehow, keep the wind elements to a minimum. Edited March 28, 2022 by qwksilver 4 5
Rock-A-Bye Beasley Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 How Ralph knew OP would be the absolutely optimal place for a stadium back then AND 50 years from then, just uncanny. What are the odds? 5 1

Bleedbuffaloblue Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 Numbers look good. Shouldn’t be too hard of a sell in the state budget. Figured the Pegula’s would have to go in for approximately $400M to get the deal done.
Steptide Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 Still don't understand the 2026 time frame. Is that worst case scenario? I feel like the stadium could/will be done before that, but what do I know 1
