And PSL seat fees will probably pay the owner share.  Hopefully they kick in.  This asset (owning the team) is appreciating by billions for them.

Josh Allen is Buffalo's true savior. Without Allen and a winning franchise it makes this deal a lot less likely imo.

This is good news!

Without the dome, hopefully they design it, to somehow, keep the wind elements to a minimum.

50 million from the NFL Loan plus additional costs that come up in building it from the article it sounds like.

 

Also seems the agreement includes in the 30 year lease that they have to pay back the entire cost of the Stadium if they move the team.

Still don't understand the 2026 time frame. Is that worst case scenario? I feel like the stadium could/will be done before that, but what do I know
