Never heard of it so I looked it up. Do people put that on fries? Sounds nasty.

 

As for the sweet potato fries that I mentioned, I've never had the fast food kind, but I've had some outstanding SP fries at various brewpubs. Far better than white potato fries. I also like home fries made from sweet potatoes.

All cold fries suck equally and are awful.

I think air fryers are wildly overrated (don't think they are that great at wings)....but one thing they do incredibly well IMO is warm up cold fries. We'll keep fries from night before for lunch next day now. The first time my wife suggested it I thought it was some pretty low rent ***** (who reheats fries, impossible) but it works damn well.
