BringMetheHeadofLeonLett Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Not that Ryan's all-world at this point, but is the NFC going to be able to field teams this year? 3 7 Quote

GunnerBill Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 "Are you on your way to the Quarterback graveyard? Want one more shot at playing in the NFL? You need Chris the Colt! Just one quick call from your agent to Chris the Colt and he will spring into action with a 1 year deal for your broken down body to throw 5 yard passes and hand the ball off to the best back in football." This advertisment is paid for by Chris Ballard, General Manager, Indianapolis Colts. 1 5 2 2 Quote

billsfan1959 Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Given the alternatives, I think this is a pretty good move for the Colts in the short term 2 2 Quote

I would assume with the picks from this - they (along with Seattle and NO) will be reaching out to Cleveland for Baker. I would assume Cleveland wanted to avoid an AFC trade as they are looking at Wildcard seating - so swing Ryan to Indy and use the picks for Mayfield. That would be my thought. Get Younger and better and maybe make out with an extra pick. Quote

Charles Romes Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 When we played the Falcons this last year I was like “Wow the difference between our Josh and this other supposed franchise quarterback is stark.” Reich should be able to get them to 10-11 wins with Ryan nonetheless. He’s better that what they’ve had. Quote
K D Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Lol Baker going to Atlanta to watch his career fizzle out and die. Maybe afterwards he can move back to Oklahoma and open a pizza shop and do local car commercials or something 1 Quote
Mr. WEO Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Wow, that Colts organization is a mess with the QB. Luck never looked back---with good reason. 1 Quote

Baker is a competent qb and everyone thinks they can rehab a top pick. What was the name of the long neck qb the Bears signed to a huge deal like 10 years ago? Teams are dumb and desperate a dangerous combo Quote
