I’ve already said numerous times on here, a RB alone can’t win it all, but if they are coupled with an elite QB, that team is nearly unstoppable. If KC had Derrick Henry, nobody is stopping them. I’m tired of neglecting top RB talent. We will always be one dimensional until we get that guy. Otherwise we are just going to get Allen hurt at some point. I bet the Steelers don’t consider Najee Harris a wasted pick. Or many of the other top RBs to go high end over the years. If we had a Jonathan Taylor type of RB, we are unstoppable. It’s the missing key. So how many games did we win with Shady and Josh in 2018? This team had OJ, Thurman, Marshawn, Fred Jackson and Shady and won nothing. It is a QB league! Bills need a 3rd down option now that Beasley is gone. Duke is a very good 3rd down back. Quote

There are no Johnathan Taylors sitting out there to be picked up. And if there was SMART teams would not pay the contact the Jonathan Taylors demand, they NEVER live up to that second contract. So who comes off the KC team to pay Derrick Henry's contract? the Proper way to address RB, take many swings in the mid rounds, and never pay that second contract. Quote

MAJBobby Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 It is so funny watching the obsession with RBs, you can clearly tell the era of fan when it comes to that. The reality though is in todays NFL Kicker has more value than a RB 1 Quote

Why would they pay for a Derrick Henry? They will draft an elite RB. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up drafting Breece Hall. If they do, they will go to the super bowl. Quote

I would BE willing to BET that RB will not be selected before the 3rd round. it is MORE likely you will see a Double Dip at CB, than a RB in rounds 1 or 2 Edited March 21, 2022 by MAJBobby 1 Quote

At some point, I hope Allen and management realize that they have to stop it and maximize his longevity. I want Allen to have a long career, that won’t happen if he continues to run like he does. I personally don't believe Dorsey will risk Allen like Daboll did. Not saying there won't be ANY QB designed runs or anything, but I highly feel that's an area that Dorsey will change 2 Quote

I dont need to see the Bills Running the Student Body Right and Left with their QB like it is 1970s Quote

Sure there are some differences, but you still have to be competent in running the ball. Do you think the Titans are half the team without Henry? If Henry doesn’t get hurt, they likely would have gone to the super bowl. Quote

Yes it is massively different, the NFL changed to a passing league with the Rules Changes. I am glad it seems that the Bills have finally started seeing the value reduction in RBs, now if they would just see also you do not need 3QBs and can free a roster spot. Barkley would have been available June 1st, no need to do it now. Edited March 21, 2022 by MAJBobby Quote
Milanos Milano Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Hall is literally a Jonathan Taylor. It’s why I want him on this team so badly. And if he’s not, a year from now, everyone is going to be mad we didn’t. 1 Quote
