Looks like Minnesota Diggs is starting to pop out. Can’t blame him he’s produced and wants his money but if he’s talking Hill money it’s time for the Bills to turn the page.

I can't blame him for wanting to get paid if that is the case. He deserves it. The issue is would it be wise giving him the type of WR money we have seen being thrown out there this past week? 

 

You can't help but read into that tweet with what has happened this past week around the league.

All these receivers were UFA’s or 1 year left. Diggs 2 years left. He would be different.

The only reason fans and media have talked about a Diggs extension now is because the Bills could save money on the cap this year. There is no other reason to extend Diggs now.

 

Poyer and Hyde outplayed their contracts and waited until a year before UFA to get extensions. The Bills have operated like this for the most part. They don’t typically extend players with multiple years left.

 

Diggs could be an exception.

Its still a business.  He has out produced his contract imo.  Making 10 mil less a year isnt petty.  I think Buffalo can make it work and create cap room to add a starting lineman and starting Corner by doing so.
