The way I look at it, Watson had a pretty good Texans team and barely beat Allen back when we had sugar high Josh QBing us and we had a much less talented team. Buffalo will smash the Browns when they come to Buffalo this year. 1 1 Quote

Realistically they should be 12-0 in division since Brady left. Wind Game Obviously. Its just against my nature of believing one team just alwAys wins ALL their division games for extended periods. I think I’ll say 5-1 in division in 2022. Quote
buffaloboyinATL Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 The NFL’s hypocrisy with Watson is ridiculous. They are cramming all of these pro women agendas down our throat but then they welcome Watson back with open arms as soon as they believe there will be no criminal charges. That doesn’t mean he didn’t molest all these women. it’s a joke. 1 2 Quote

YoloinOhio Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 (edited) The Browns were more than just a QB away last year. 2020 I think they beat the chiefs with a better QB. But may not have beaten the Bills. I see them as a factor in their division but think they are a WC team. People laying all the blame on Baker didn’t really pay attention. They need an upgrade at QB to have compete in the playoffs but they aren’t ready made as a team or coaching wise. Edited March 18, 2022 by YoloinOhio Quote

Watson is an upgrade over Mayfield, but is he even a fit there given their a built to be a physical, power running team? What happens to that now and who is he even going to throw the ball to? I actually feel sorry for the Browns fans who suffered many years like Buffalo because this situation has disaster written all over it and still can't fathom why any team would give up so much for a guy who signed a big extension already and quit on his team and demanded to be traded. Going to be hilarious when he does the same thing in Cleveland when they are no better than 3rd place in their division this year. Quote

Even as a bad as our roster was in 2018, with Brady in our division...he went 5-6 and was ascending. Watson is a more athletic Kirk Cousins. He will put up numbers and have his team in WC contention every year. 2 1 Quote

Probably about 5% of people happy with trade and that is pushing it. NFL rules state that there must always be a sexual predator in the AFC North. Unfortunately it’s our turn. I'll stick around for a bit to see the drama unfold but yeah I'm now a Bills fan I guess bills mafia here we go I ain't unsubbing but I'm rooting for the Lions from today. Browns are dead to me. 20 ***** years I stood by this embarrassment of a team. 20 ***** years I proudly wore my gear while people mocked me. And then when we finally FINALLY have some semblance of a team to be even the tiniest proud of, they do this. I feel so betrayed. ***** you Jimmy Haslam. ***** you Andrew Berry. ***** this dude. I'm so done. Still going to cheer for Myles and Chubb, and all the other great guys on the team, but I'm not giving the Haslams a ***** dime. I'm not buying any *****, I'm not going to any browns games when I'm back in Ohio. This is the most upset football has ever made me. After 20 years the Browns finally found a way to break me. I'm fully done with this team. I like some of the players, but no way can I root for that reprehensible scumbag Honestly feels like a small part of me just died. Don’t care how dramatic it sounds. Been with this team my whole life through all the ups and downs. This is ***** terrible I like this comment. "Yeah - they didn't have a plan. Clearly - when Baker said no dice they panicked and bought Watson. Pffft. What a disaster. The guy does not want to play for Cleveland - but for $230M he'll show up. https://www.dawgtalkers.net/ubbthreads.php/topics/1932763/browns-trade-for-deshaun-watson#Post1932763 1 Quote
