So are we thinking those deposition clips COMPLETELY exonerate Watson, or just MOSTLY exonerate him?

I think the part where he takes the nickel completely exonerates him…it’s in the Constitution!

I mean, would a guilty person refuse to answer a question on the constitutionally-protected grounds that his answer could admittedly, in turn, be self-incriminating?

Stop, you're making my Noggin hurt...

yep, I’m sure they ripped up a deal with a lower cap hit that was friendlier to the team and gave him the first fully guaranteed contract in NFL history just to get 5 years of control instead of 4… 🤦‍♂️

Surprised this is out there.  I was under the false impression I guess that depositions were confidential..

The general rule is that depositions are NOT confidential, but in certain cases the parties can agree to make them so, or one party could ask the court to order that they not be disclosed, if there is a good reason for doing so.

For a dude with so much exposure, I'm shocked they didn't insist on it.

They can’t really “insist on it”.  The accusers probably refused to agree to keep the depositions confidential, so a judge would have had to impose a gag order.  I don’t know if that happened and there was a leak, or if there is just no gag order at all.

Per the video upthread, florio confirmed that there was no gag order

Athletes with bodies worth hundreds of millions of dollars spend top dollar on treatment. Lebron spends something like 1.5 mil on treatment each year, I remember James Harrison was spending 500k and people were shocked. Watson looking up random instagram girls without checking to see if their qualified at all is not normal.  You wanna see hookers? Go find hookers and as they say you pay them to go away.

You can talk about the lack of so called "evidence" for criminal charges all you want. One look at that video though, listening to those responses, and watching his eyes/body language? He knew exactly what he was doing and his lawyer has coached him up EXTENSIVELY for these depositions. Even with all the coaching, he silently screams guilty.
