IDBillzFan Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 What I can't understand is why Madden complimented them on that reverse play. Jesus, is he having sexual relations with Brady? Enough already! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: 24641 He actually started to question it, but Al Michaels started talking about Janet Weiss, and that led Madden into discussing how Janet tries to put in plays that no one expects.
nodnarb Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 I'll say this: Â I'm constantly amazed at how good Brady's protection is. They are the best schemed offense in the league. They know when to move the pocket, and where to move it. Brady has uncanny instincts and never really takes a hard shot. They are run blocking extremely well, when the rare occasion arises that Dillon has the ball. Â Branch looks like a fantasy sleeper...but then again, they "feature" different players in different games, which is why patriot receivers never get drafted high in any smart fantasy draft. Â What they do is smart football. Always keep the team guessing and doubting and wondering. I think Manning might just pull this one out, though. 17-13 at halftime, and yet if the Pats need a TD and there's only 30 seconds on the clock and Brady has them at their own 1-yard line, I wouldn't bet against them. They just seem to get it done, time and time again. Â As much as I can't stand the Pats, I have utmost respect for them. Â The Colts D is just okay, from the looks of it. Â This is a great game. Up for grabs at the half.

Madden was knobbing some serious Schlong back then.
ganesh Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Now THAT was a drive......I hope McGahee and Henry (and our O line!) were watching! 24665 Â Looks like the pats are really missing big Ted in the middle to clog up those running lanes....
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Ty Law has a right hammy injury, but is in the game now. Lets see if he mugs someone on the first play
ganesh Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Keith Traylor is getting killed. 24731 Keith Traylor is no Ted Washington
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 And THERE is the Patriots defense that we all hate...good stand by the Patsies
CosmicBills Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 As much as I can't stand the Pats, I have utmost respect for them. Â 24736 Â Â The only people who don't are thier own fans. It's a shame really.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 This Colts defense is piss-poor...if they had even an average defense, they'd be rolling all over the Patriots.
jarthur31 Posted September 10, 2004 Author Posted September 10, 2004 Oh man, know I know why we released Nick when he played here. I don't understand how he did so well with the Jests after he was cut. Â He's been toasted on 2 TD!!!!! Â BTW, who is the Colts DC? This zone D is killing them! Play a little man to mix it up dude!
Thailog80 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Blah Blah Blah..... Â Christ any NFL QB couldve hit Patten on that TD.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Gotta hand it to Tom Brady too.. he could throw the ball through a doughnut. Have you ever seen anyone that accurate? Bledsoe has a cannon arm, but the aim of a sawed-off shotgun. Â PTR
Corp000085 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 man, my title with jarthurs original post. good work mods. i need my props! anyways, the dolts got torched on that
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Blah Blah Blah..... Christ any NFL QB couldve hit Patten on that TD. 24756 Even RJ?
Corp000085 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 manning has that rj or 2003 bledsoe look on his face right now. unless the defense plays jesus at safety on the next drive, this game doesn't look good at the moment.
Drifter Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 If Manning ever wants to win, he better give back some of his money. That defense is pathetic. I see a first round CB in Indys future.
