Biden's relationship with his AG Merrick Garland is now in 'DEEP FREEZE' because
White House 'thinks tough probes into Hunter and classified documents are unfair'

Tough probes?   It's a transparent attempt to distract and whitewash the more serious offenses.  And pull a fast one with an immunity deal for anything beyond the gun charge which will result in no time served and a nominal fine.  Count on it.  More BS from crooked Garland.

Hunter Biden sues IRS, alleges agents tried to β€˜target’ and β€˜embarrass’ him
 Anders Hagstrom

Hunter Biden’s attorneys filed a lawsuit against the IRS on Monday, alleging that agents have β€œtargeted and sought to embarrass” the president’s son.

Biden’s Monday morning filing cites two major examples in IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, two whistleblowers who claimed the IRS mishandled aspects of its investigation into Biden.

Biden’s lawsuit seeks for the court to declare that the IRS β€œwillfully, knowingly, and/or by gross negligence, unlawfully disclosed Mr. Biden’s confidential tax information.”

In addition, Biden is demanding $1,000 in damages for β€œeach and every unauthorized disclosure of his tax returns,” including disclosures that happened after the fact....

THE FIX WAS IN:

Another FBI Informant in Biden Case Was β€˜Shut Down’ Before 2020 Election.

FTA:

β€œRetired Special Agent Timothy Thibault, the former No. 2 supervisor in the FBI’s Washington field office, told the House Judiciary Committee last week in a transcribed interview he was somewhat taken aback when he received the request from the lead agent in the Hunter Biden tax case in October 2020 to shut down the confidential human source (CHS),” reports Just the News.

According to Schweizer, the FBI reached out to him in the fall of 2020, and he provided agents evidence related to potential criminal activity by the Biden family. Schweizer said his involvement was based on factual information and was not politically motivated.

β€œThere are no β€˜right-wing facts’ or β€˜left-wing facts.’ There are only facts,” Schweizer said. β€œAnd of course, they happily accepted the unsubstantiated and unsourced dossier from Hillary Clinton’s lawyer without reservation.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan summoned Thibault for the interview as he investigates allegations that U. S. Attorney, David Weiss and is team did not follow normal investigative procedures when probing Hunter Biden and his family’s overseas business dealings.

Thibault retired after revelations he had made anti-Trump posts on social media while an agent, and has been a target of sharp criticism from some Republicans, including Sen. Charles Grassley, (R-Iowa).

But his testimony last week could open an entire new avenue of inquiry for congressional investigators trying to determine if the FBI or Justice Department thwarted certain avenues of inquiry into the Biden family as Joe Biden was preparing to become president.

According to a report from the New York Times, Thibault’s 25-year service record shows him to be nonpartisan, and he has β€œreeled in big names while investigating public corruption, sending two Democratic congressmen to prison and overseeing sensitive inquiries into the Clinton Foundation and the former governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, another Democrat.”

Thibault is not the first whistleblower who has revealed that the bureau was protecting the Bidens. IRS and FBI agents were hindered from investigating Joe and Hunter Biden, including obtaining search warrants, due to interference from the Biden transition team. He also testified that another informant brought information to the FBI and was similarly shut down.

Hunter Biden's texts, emails contradict lawyer's claim that he 'did not share' money from businesses with dad

by Cameron Cawthorne

Hunter Biden's attorney recently claimed his client "did not share money" from his business dealings with his dad, President Biden, but a 2019 text message and multiple emails appear to contradict this claim. Abbe Lowell, who has been aggressively defending Hunter, said in a recent interview that he can "categorically" declare that President Biden was not involved in Hunter's previous business dealings and did not profit from any of them. "I can tell you that Hunter did not share his business with his dad," Lowell said during a recent CNN interview.

It’s funny watching it all unfold.  I was reading an AP story today about Hunter the Brave kicking a$$ and taking names.  The new narrative was republicans haven’t found β€œsignificant” evidence.

The job is to keep pushing forward with pressure on the Biden boys relationship and old Biden’s credibility.

Hunter is suing a guy that released the e-mails and other items on the laptop claiming invasion of privacy.  And all along the media and the President's supporters have been claiming the contents of the laptop were created in some intelligence facility in Moscow.  And it's all a Russian psych-op.  The shop owner, the people on those e-mails, anyone believing it was real, Russian agents and spreaders of disinformation.  All subject to censorship.  But how can you sue somebody for invading your privacy when what was published wasn't your property and you've been claiming its all fictitious?

By filing a lawsuit Hunter's saying those 51 IC chaps that signed that letter saying it was a Russian operation are natural born liars and the stuff is really his.  Which contradicts the story they've been telling.  Its wasn't the Russians after all.  Who'd have guessed that?  So everyone peddling the establishment narrative about a fake laptop is guilty of spreading disinformation or misinformation and why aren't the social media sites marking posts claiming the laptop is the product of Russian agents being brought down, censored, or having warning, this in disinformation added to those posts?

One lie begets more lies.
