msw2112 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Fitz played great for Miami 2 years ago, but suffered a serious season-ending injury last year. If he's healthy, I think he'd be a great backup. I have no concerns about the curse. The curse involves young guys trying to break through, not established veterans. Allen has broken through (for those that were not aware). Fitz aside, Mariota would be a good fit. Quote

Just makes too much sense honestly I would like that too but will he want $10M again? I’m sure he will want close to that and Bills can’t afford it. Quote

Remember last year Chicago brought him in as their “QB1”, which everyone knew that wasn’t going to last Quote
HOUSE Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 There beard is weird but there is no better back up for Buffalo Now give me that little red trophy...... Quote
Billsatlastin2018 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Fitzy may be the best, available option at a lowball price. Would not be averse. Quote
Alphadawg7 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Fitz didn’t look good before getting hurt last year. I think he’s done Quote

Jauronimo Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Sure, sign Fitz. But not as a player. He could be the coaching equivalent of the guy in a ska band that doesn't sing or play an instrument. He just dances and plays tambourine while McDermott claps. 1 1 Quote

Well, in all honesty, isn’t that all we really hope we need out of our backup? Edited March 17, 2022 by Bobby Hooks Quote

It was questionable he should even start week 1 as Heinieke outplayed all preseason and camp. And that was before a serious hip injury cost him his season. His future likely is in broadcasting at this point. Edited March 17, 2022 by Alphadawg7 Quote

Not saying Fitz is good but pointing to his 20 minutes of 2021 game time as proof is laughable. 1 Quote

I love Fitz (how can you not) and wouldn’t mind him back here for a farewell tour 1 Quote

No Dalton would not be an upgrade lol. He’s done, he was nothing short of abysmal last year in Chicago. Him and Newton should’ve retired last year. I’d take Keenum over Dalton any day 3 Quote
