Augie Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 I guess Beane hasn’t been napping, after all! 2 1 Quote

Mark Vader Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Since the other thread got closed, I'll re-post here. Beane is no wizard.....he's a dragon and he's breathing fire!!! 3 2 1 Quote
DCOrange Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Okay so as a quasi-Bucs fan, OJ has admittedly looked like a shell of his former self the last couple years. But he used to flash like crazy earlier on and you just have to hope a new set of trainers can help him regain his athleticism a bit. 1 Quote
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Huh to be a #2 TE that's a solid number 2 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Love it! I wanted Bills to trade up and get him in the draft. Beane is doing really well so far. Happy with all his moves so far! 3 1 Quote
Ross Murdock Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 This from the Tampa Bay Times last week - "Howard has yet to play a full, healthy season for the Buccaneers during his four years in the league. Two decent seasons with 14 games total have been the sparse highlights for Howard, but the Bucs can’t lock him up for the future without a departure from the constant injuries and inconsistent play". Howard was the 19th pick in the 2017 draft, and the Bucs had to go out and sign Gronk for $12M in 2020. At least the Bills didn't overpay. 1 1 Quote
Mat68 Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 2 athletes at TE gives Allen and the offense more weapons. 1 Quote
somnus00 Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Beane loves physical freaks. Howard is one of those. He's trusting our coaching staff to unlock some potential here. I love these kinds of moves. Low risk. Crazy high reward. 2 1 Quote
OldTimer1960 Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 I’m intrigued, but man he was great in college and never did much in the league. Now he is coming off 2 consecutive years that even Tommy Sweeney wouldn’t be proud of. Hopefully, 2 years removed from his injury and as a second option, he can catch lightning in a bottle for a couple of years… 3 Quote
TheBeaneBandit Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 This guy +Bills training staff/facilities could be very good/high reward. 1 Quote
