He has height that McDermott seems to like at 6'5, he can play LB so he could also replace AJ Klein as a depth player. Maybe not a 3 down player but maybe an excellent role player that our young guys can learn from too. Thoughts?

He's a name. That's about it. Atlanta let him leave, Tennessee had him for a year and cut him. If he was "still really good" neither would have happened.
