Gugny Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 And now the Browns are out of the Watson sweepstakes. Friggin' idiot Baker should have just kept his mouth shut. But hey ... he got that attention!! 1 Quote

Steptide Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Man am I happy we drafted allen. I fully admit I was on the Rosen train, but I am so glad I was wrong. We got the best qb in that draft. 1 1 Quote

Maybe they knew, and were ready to move on, but man what a joke of an organization. Watson was never going to ****ing Cleveland. You nailed it. You dont get to commit to someone, and test the market just in case someone better is available. I mean you can do it, but dont expect it to all just work out when you're done. Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Cleveland needs to be on an MTV reality show. Where does Baker do his commercials now? From a real house? Not funny. Quote

gonzo1105 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 This is an interesting situation to be honest. The Browns aren't going to trade him, so typically a player will sit out and play the final 8 games and become a free agent the next year or whine and pout and be a cancer until their traded. But......... Mayfield is probably already a cancer, he has less leverage because he's been an average to below average QB in the NFL and needs a full season to convince his next team when he becomes a Free Agent that he can take said team to the promise land. If he doesn't he could be Trubiskied for a year before getting another crack. Quote
Woodman19 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Yeah but, he had a higher completion percentage in college than the other QB's in his draft... 😁 1 Quote
