babulator Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 (edited) I'm disappointed. I thought they'd let him test the market and find his price, but we should have retained him for that. Edited March 15, 2022 by babulator 1 1 Quote

Process Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Wallace getting the same deal we just gave to a 3rd down running back is interesting. Hopefully it means we are prioritizing SPEED at CB 1 2 1 Quote

Steptide Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Honestly, I think the bills can do better at the position. Wallace is a solid player, but I believe he's hit his ceiling. We need to draft another young cb to compliment white. 3 4 Quote

Farewell Levi Totally agree with this when you look at what they have committed to so far in free agency. And this makes sense, if you hit on players in the first two rounds at positions like CB and WR, you are getting great value in their first 4 years. That's a good element of cap management once the QB is off their rookie deal. 2 Quote

Slippery Rubber Mats Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 I'd say that's about this value. Either the Bills disagree, Levi wanted out, or they plan to allocate it on another CB somehow. I guess we'll see. Quote

BullBuchanan Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 This is bizarre. I was more than happy to let him walk at projected rate, but for $4M/per I would have been ok with him being the first guy off the bench. Maybe we didn't offer him anything. 1 Quote
Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 That's a really low salary for a starting cb. For his sake, I hope it's really a one-year contract with a dummy year to spread out the cap hit. Quote

benderbender Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Feels like we got outbid at the yard sale. Really hoping the brain trust has something fantastic in mind. 1 Quote
