That opposing QB has a ring and is 2-0 against ours…. Again open your eyes, the current roster hasn’t been good enough for two years straight why would we think it’s good enough this year standing relatively flat while others (chargers, bengals, Denver) are improving

So who is left at edge rusher? We running it back with Hughes and Addison? Very frustrating FA so far. If we don't trade for Hunter we've missed our opportunities to make our d-line an above average group.

This really shouldn't surprise anyone. Beane has said over and over he prefers to build primarily thru the draft. He did improve the LOS on both sides of the ball with FA. Throw in our cap situation and the Bills weren't going to be able to offer the money that other teams did.

And he lost to a 2nd year player WHO then LOST again.  OOO and that team is Millions over the cap just saying.  So sorry you cannot see the forest through the trees must be terrible.

To be fair, Herbert is on his rookie deal, so the Chargers CAN do more to help him.  There is a $9m difference in cap hit this year, and a whopping $31m difference.  They have a lot more flexibility to support him.
