MAJBobby Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Some of these Levers May have already been pulled and just not made official yet. But here are areas still that could work to free up space. 1. Tremaine Edmunds - Extension can save roughly 3-5M this year. Trade or Cut saves 12.7M 2. Stefon Diggs - Extension can save up to 9M this year 3. Tre White - base to bonus can save up to 6M likely 4. Dion Dawkins - save likely about 6M in a base to bonus restructure 5. Matt Milano - Can save 4M roughly base to bonus. 6. Star Lotulelei - Can save 4.1M in a post June 1 designation (relief doesnt happen to June 1 though) 7. Jordan Poyer Extension - Can save roughly 4M on an extension 8. Cole Beasley - Saves roughly 3M on a pay cut, 6.1M on trade or release So that is roughly 35M still in easy cap space to get back 3 Quote
junior Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Among the players the Dolphins have signed are 2 FBs, Chase Edmonds, and Raheem Mostert. I wonder if they're going to try to play every game like NE did against us at home, just running nearly the entire time. Quote

Expand They also added Connor Williams, but their offensive line is going to blow. Outside of Williams, none of the guys they have been drafting the last few years really fit the stretch zone running offense. Never draft linemen high except for elite left tackles. Dolphins do this and they still suck. Quote
