Where people would put it out there as crying no doubt. The Jags are spending a s*** ton of $$$, kind of like NE last offseason. How'd that work out? Quote

I don’t see him as a number one tight end, but would be a nice addition as a TE2. That being said, there are pressing concerns and backup TE may be addressed in the draft. 2 Quote
MAJBobby Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Ok so this will clear up the Star stuff. If he is cut with Post June 1. Bills will carry his cap hit until then and frees up 4.1M on June 1. That will help with Draft Picks and in season management. So Star JUST might be your allocation for the draft picks. 3 Quote

Team saves more money by designating it June 1 but wont get the actually money off the cap til June 1. Saves players from being cut after FA and draft. Gives the player a better chance at more money and opportunities. 3 Quote

CapeBreton Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Hooper also wouldn’t count against the comp pick formula FWIW. Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Hooper. I would like that. Still young. Used to working in tandem with other tight ends. Would play well with Knox imo 5 Quote

Great to see an addition yo the TE market because prior to this there was only Gronk and I think the odds of us landing him dropped significantly with the TE dollars going up and Brady coming back. Our defense was struggling to stop chefs. Edit- Did people miss their last three drives where they did any and everything they wanted with little to no resistance? Any proposal with a coin flip is bad. Quote
