Wacka Posted March 11 Posted March 11 More winning! Canada agrees to lower tariff on electricity after Trump doubles tariff on metals. How would Canada be able to make their Molson cans? Eh?

Back when I was a beer drinker, I preferred cans. Easier to chug.

No, there’s a difference. I actually understand how global supply chains snapping back post-COVID caused inflation. You? Just parrot your favorite Russian funded social influencers. Trump, on the other hand, inherited the most envied economy on Earth and managed to faceplant it in under 90 days. 2
The Frankish Reich Posted April 13 Posted April 13 Oh yeah, oil futures are getting cheap as recession expectations rise. Be careful what you wish for, Trumpies. 1

After 4 years of horrific leadership, the US Economy needed prices and rates to come down. I'll understand if Leftists don't appreciate or understand this

Wacka Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Saving lots of $ of gas now. Got a 3 year old car in August. This one is a 2021 Altima vs a 2009 Ford Focus. 16 gal tank vs 12 gal. Much better milage. Just filled up today. Always use the debit card. Looked on past statements online. Last time I filled up was Jan 30.
stevestojan Posted April 14 Posted April 14 On the point of high flow shower heads: I live in California - needless to say water “conservation” is a big thing out here. Also, I’m about as handy as a man with no arms. that said, I thought it was common knowledge to just take that little screen thing out of the shower head? I did it with every shower head in my house and it lets you clean yourself as god intended - with more water and a higher water bill, that I know full well I’ll be paying because, well, I’m using more water. Restrictive shower heads are an absolute joke. Water isn’t a finite resource.
