it starts with the GM with talent ..... both players and coaching

 

example of a BAD  GM (brandon) .....hiring a well known 3-4 head coach (rex) for a team that already had a Top 5 D that played 4-3.....total stupidity....players out of position and wasted years turning over the roster.

Coaching. The defensive game plan in both chef playoff games were terrible
