Virgil Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 I would love to know what happened with him. To me, he's part of the best throw of Josh's career and had a hot second half of the season. I never understood why he didn't earn more playing time and was relegated to the bench or practice squad. With the losses of Sanders, and potentially Beasley/McKenzie, I'd love to bring him back 5 1 1 1 1 6 1 6 Quote

strive_for_five_guy Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 I think the evidence points to him being lucky that he was Josh’s #1 for a short while, then the Bills upgraded the WR talent on the roster. Quote
njbuff Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 Didn't even know he was still in the league. 3 3 Quote

FilthyBeast Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 In hindsight Foster's production in 2018 was a true fluke and was really the result of Allen not having anyone of note to throw the ball too. He might very well be finished in this league unless Daboll and Schoen take a flier on him for the Giants practice squad. Quote
Roundybout Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 Says something about Josh that Foster had the season that he did in 2018. Boy, that was a terrible crop of receivers we had. 3 Quote

Patrick Duffy Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 I don't want ANY part of that 2018 WR core back on this team...not the 1st ***** one Quote
Albany,n.y. Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 Even though there are a lot of people who rely on stats who say Josh didn't have a good rookie year, Foster is evidence that even as a rookie, Josh makes every receiver that he plays with look better than the guy actually is. 3 Quote
HurlyBurly51 Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 Too bad Shady is retired....the only time Foster performed was when Shady eventually called him out and lit a fire under his azz. 2 Quote

WRs at the bottom of the depth chart have to be good returners or have potential for upside. You can give guys a chance, but you turn them over when they don’t pan out. 2 Quote
RunTheBall Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 Are you serious with this? There are about a thousand receivers better than Foster. He had a few good games being thrown to by the emerging Josh Allen. That’s it. He wouldn’t make our practice squad Quote

frostbitmic Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 I remember the play where JA17 threw a beautiful 60 yard pass to Foster ....... It bounced off the back of his head. 1 Quote
