Greg S Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 The only defining moment from that year was Dalton to Boyd and finally ending the streak. Quote

I flew to see the Chsrgers game. Most miserable experience I have ever had at a Bills game. This game also foreshadowed McDermott's poor personnel choices. Starting Peterman on the road while Bills were in playoff contention was unconscionable. I left at halftime. I liked TT more than most on this board. I fell for his low turnover rate. If he could play the Dolphins every week he would be in the HOF...lol. Having made the playoffs and ending the drought, there was no way I was not going to that game. I flew with my son to Jacksonville. So disappointing. TT was awful. If be hits a wide open Clay(I think it was him) on an easy TD pass Bills take a lead and probably win. But really the whole team was bad and McD's defense collapses again allowing Bortles' running to win the game. One thing that quietly goes unnoticed during the 3 game losing streak in 17 is Milano went from starter back to the bench because Ramon Humber came back from injury. While I get McD wanted to be fair to his guys, Milano's impact showed real quick until he got sent back in as starter vs KC. I was a big Tyrod fan and still am. He has a ceiling but you can win 10-11 games with a good lineup around him. He will never take your team as thee QB but he was a good dude. With that said the playoff game cemented why they needed to move on. Any other QB with competent play makes enough plays to beat JAX even with that stout D. Quote
