A suspension like this is a pretty big deterrent.

Yep....he was basically suspended from the time he brought up “mental health issues”.  

 

Its a shame that “mental health issues” has become a catch-all for “I don’t want to tell you what the issue actually is.”

 

It diminishes its meaning and credibility for the people who actually have these issues....
