Who will be the #1 pick in the draft?

I would think protecting the #1 pick overall should be priority #1. They already used a franchise tag on OT Cam Robinson, adding Neal would give them excellent protection on the outside.

The argument for the Jags taking Walker appears to be "Trent Baalke has screwed up before by taking the physical specimen project guy over the proven production guy and so he will want to do that again."
