Big Turk Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 (edited) Assuming Bills asked him to take a huge paycut and he balked? Edited March 4, 2022 by Big Turk 8 6 Quote
mikemac2001 Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 Likely they asked him to restructure and he said no that led to this 7 9 Quote

Warcodered Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 Just now, Process said: No one is trading for him. This basically confirms he will be cut though which makes me happy. The Bills currently have two WRs. We will need to draft multiple guys. I don't know about that, he didn't seem as good this year, but that's compared to how great he was the year before. 2 Quote

YoloinOhio Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 Lol Omar. Miami does have a lot of cap space so maybe they do it but I would want decent compensation from them if I’m Beane 1 Quote
Southern Bills Fan Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 I’m surprised at all the people who want him gone. He made some incredible catches and moves for first downs to keep the chains moving in some important spots. 34 31 2 12 Quote
Steptide Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 I like Bease. Want him back on a cheaper deal tho 16 16 1 Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 Well, the way I saw it - there was two options with Cole Beasley. 1.) He stays with a reduced cap figure through a pay cut or some kind of conversion to bonus (if possible) 2.) He's released I'd imagine they approached him about option 1 and that led to him asking for a trade. Under no circumstance were we going to keep him at that number with Diggs and Davis on our roster, our cap situation, and what we need to get done at other positions. Knowing this, I'd doubt a team will trade for him when they know he'll most likely be available for nothing. Long story short, Cole Beasley will not be a Bill next year. 2 2 Quote
