The key to our legal system is not that you testify under oath, but that you submit to a pointed cross examination.

You'd be on much more solid ground speculating about "events of the day" causing someone's demise with the two protesters who had heart attacks on J6. They both had flash bang grenades detonated right next to them just before going into cardiac arrest.

But Julie Kelly is just "out to get the other side" with cOnSpIrAcY theories, right?

Boyland's situation sounds like George Floyd's.  And I didn't know the protestors who had heart attacks had flash bangs go off near them.  Explains a lot.  While Sicknick could in no way have had blood clots develop from events from the day before.

Julie Kelly simply asked in a tweet that maybe the J6 committee should investigate the four deaths that actually happened on Capitol grounds on J6. That's it. And of course she received immediate pushback from legacy media, including the NYT, who she points out was responsible for the blatantly false Sicknick was bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher fake news.

Eyewitness account of one of the heart attacks immediately after a flash bang below.

Simple questions for the Capitol police that the J6 committee might ask:

Is it standard protocol to launch flash bang grenades into a dense crowd of people without warning?

Did you attempt to stop the lone guy with the megaphone who for close to an hour is exhorting the crowd to move forward and then to fill up the Capitol? Seems as though that guy was working towards the opposite goal of the police and maybe stopping that behavior would be a good idea.

They lied for the cameras ?

Former Secretary of Defense lays to waste Cheney’s claim Trump did not offer to call up National Guard before Jan. 6

by Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

Liz Cheney asserts former President Trump is lying about offering to call up 20,000 National Guardsmen two days before the Jan. 6 riot but comments by former Secretary of Defense Chris Miller and his Chief of Staff Kash Patel claim otherwise.

If there was opportunity for proper cross examination from actual Republicans what do you suppose the chances are that we ever have public testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson?

.

It should be pointed out here—for all the accusations, allegations, and inferences Liz Cheney has made over the past year and a half, she’s offered nothing at all under oath.

In other words as everyone already knows, it's the economy stupid...

Thus the push to redefine what a recession is. Which also won't matter because people see the ***** economy everyday when they go to the grocery store, restaurants and gas stations.

Yup.  It's as if they think everyone is as stupid as their true believers and that not calling it a recession will somehow make all the higher prices they/we are paying mean nothing, much less go away.
