Could have a lot to do with it according to the reports that it was her who was mainly influencing him to "holistic" methods like eating special mud.

 

Plus, 3 months in celebrity lives is like 2 weeks of relationships for us. He's been playing football up until a couple weeks ago, she was likely off filming something... Might be the first time theyve had to spend some real time together since November (and no one wants to break up during the holidays).
