Ray Stonada Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 That and fifty cents will buy ya a cup of coffee (in 1975). But… This was our Super Bowl the Rams got, dang it!!!! 1 1 1 Quote
BillsFanSD Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 No clue what FPI is, but I kind of like that the Jets are about as bad as we are good. 1 4 Quote

NewEra Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 A great team that wasted an opportunity with a couple terrible coaching decisions. Hopefully they’ll get it right next year. 5 1 5 Quote
JoPoy88 Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Pretty cool I guess. I don’t know anything about the methodology behind this metric though, could be another ESPN ploy to sound smart a la QBR. Quote
BillnutinHouston Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Rams fans are planning their parade and Bills fans are looking up ranking websites. And it's Rams fans that are devastated? 1 2 2 Quote

Utah John Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 OK, sure the 13 seconds at the end of the Chiefs game was on the coaches, and were it not for those mistakes we probably win the SB this year. OR the Bills don't lay complete eggs against the Steelers and Jags, two teams they should beat easily, and they get home field and the #1 seed, and don't lose to KC or anyone else in the playoffs. That's on the players as well as the coaches. I'm just saying there are other ways to avoid the disaster and the disappointment. I think the players realize how close they came this year and what they need to do differently next year. 2 3 1 Quote

BuffaloBillyG Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Any list that would rank last years Seattle Seahawks in the top 10 is pretty useless. 2 1 Quote

Can you explain what these metrics are precisely and why they cannot replicate it when we don't even know what the roster will look like next year? I'll hang up and listen. Quote

It IS a missed opportunity. Not just down the road. It will always be. That doesn’t mean that we can’t or won’t win a or multiple SBs in the future. In 17 I trust. 1 1 1 Quote
Repulsif Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 wonderfull... where is the trophy ? and the parade ? Quote
LABILLBACKER Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 I'll never believe in analytical nonsense again. Our legendary #1 defense has given up 80 points to KC in the last 2 playoff games. Taylor shreds us for 5 tds. Our coaches probably get a -8.6 for situational awareness. Any team that loses to the Jags doesn't deserve squat. Josh Allen is the only thing at 8.6 1 Quote
nedboy7 Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 While I agree that coaching is what cost us the KC game, it seems the narrative that our players are mostly average and our coaching sucks does not seem to fit all the metrics that claim we are indeed a pretty good team. Either our players suck and the coaches did an amazing job or the coaching is sub par but the players are top notch. Or..... the coaching is quite good, the team has quite a bit talent and we need to improve in both categories a little to do better next year. 1 Quote
