The talent on the team is good enough to win. The glaring weakness is situational coaching by McDermott. Not sure if there's any remedy to that. It's not unreasonable to say he literally stole a super bowl from us this year.

Have a good offense.  

Get some creative defensive schemes in the playoffs to confuse teams for a half… then sprinkle in some luck.

Oh and get the #1 seed so they don’t have to win any road games.

I proposed that we spend FA dollars and sign vets on defense and use more picks on offense to balance it out.
