The one on 3rd down was a phantom penalty. Collinsworth and Michaels couldn't even try to defend it. After a game where the refs held their flags they suddenly decided to decide the game in the final 2 minutes.

The first holding was definitely a make up call for missing the facemask on Ramsey that led to the touchdown.    2nd DPI was legit.    IMO

Both teams trying to run the ball is the entire reason why this game is close. Terrible
