The one on 3rd down was a phantom penalty. Collinsworth and Michaels couldn't even try to defend it. After a game where the refs held their flags they suddenly decided to decide the game in the final 2 minutes.

The first holding was definitely a make up call for missing the facemask on Ramsey that led to the touchdown.    2nd DPI was legit.    IMO
