Not very tall, and not much of an arm, but a good game manager. He can win if he has a strong defense backing him up, and if NE ever gets themselves an OJ that will make him look even better. You can’t be serious here, can you? Ferguson had a rocket compared to Macnchz 1 1 Quote
Brand J Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 (edited) I do think Jones will improve a ton once they start surrounding him with some legitimate weapons and that could be a scary proposition seeing as how his efficiency had him at 70+ completion percentage many games. He reads the field well and is accurate. He’s also not afraid to throw the ball up to his receiver in hopes that receiver makes a play, so once K’Neal Harry is replaced by a talent like AJ Brown or DK Metcalf, maybe his game won’t be such a laughing matter anymore. CEN-CAL17 Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 2 months ago he was annoyed people were even bringing up Josh Allens name….. cause he’d “take Lamar Jackson any day over Josh”…. He’s a blabbering clown. Just likes to hear himself talk. Dude flip flops often!!!! 1 Quote
BigAl2526 Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Well, I think Josh Allen is far superior to Mac Jones too, but Keyshawn Jones doesn't have a great deal of credibility. I seem to remember he thought Josh Allen was a loser a couple years ago. Quote

Allen is Allen, his own class. However, Jones is Jones and we can't be sure what that really is based on a small sample size of a rookie year. So far the analysis of him has been pretty accurate, and "if" he makes that second year leap then he's nothing to laugh at. Allen is a superstar, I feel blessed and comfortable that we have him. That said, Jones won't be winning any shoot outs against Allen or taking over with his legs, but that wasn't Brady's game either. They (Allen/Jones) play the same position, but its apples and oranges. (Apples seem soooo much better though! lol) Quote
Jay_Fixit Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Mac Jones has hype? lol. The AFCE QB’s the Bills have to face for the next few years are laughable. Mac Jones is awful. 1 Quote

bubba2018 Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 (edited) Do we not remember when our QB was a rookie and everyone said he was complete *****? Mac Jones is not in the same stratosphere as Josh Allen, but let’s not act like he is some scrub. One playoff win does not mean we have banished the Patriots to the doldrums. That win was a statement. It WAS telling the Patriots that yes, you are headed in that direction, and we're headed in this direction. The Pats are done. Quote

No one in the past or present. Josh Allen is a completely new thing in the NFL. Maybe fans dreamed of such a player but probably dimissed it from ever happening. A total QB package with the best arm in the league. Tremendous peripheral vision you have to protect the entire field, he thinks outside the box and commonly makes plays no one has ever made before. Runs like a mean FB, injuring players that dare tackle him..... LOL! 1 Quote
Cheektowaga Chad Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Mac jones is a fine QB you can win with, if you have awesome receivers awesome running backs and an awesome defense. Then yes you can win with mac jones Quote
